London Expo May 2009

Tue May 26, 2009, 3:47 PM
Thanks to everyone who popped by our stall in London Expo on Saturday and Sunday, it was an amazing event and it was great to see everyone and when the chance arose to have a chat (which didn't happen as often as it should as it was way too busy).

Thanks also goes to Craig Charles who actually was willing to have a good natter out the back of the event hall in the smoking area. Pity I hadn't took my camera or some paper with me to get an autograph. Can't believe he's an inch shorter in height than me and I'm not that tall.

The one thing that did bother me at Expo was the amount of stalls selling fake goods and accessories. Everyone knows we hate fake products and only sell genuine licensed goods, but the amount on sale at Expo was disgusting, and overpriced. Even licensed keychains were way to expensive, one stall was selling what we sell at almost £2 more expensive, are we pricing our stuff wrong? No, we sell at the RRP, they just want to rip people off.

Anyway, great show and here's to opening our stall again in Affleck's Palace sometime in the next few months. For thsoe who didn't know we had to close up last year. :)

  • Mood: Thanks

I see, I am happy you are doing good and fair enough about being busy it happens to us all. Any thing in my gallery you think would be ideal for getting printed? I am getting some sorted for a gaming convention coming up and i was asked to do the T-shirt for that which is great news. They will be more gaming based though.
